Aaron Scully's acting experience encompasses diverse roles across film, theatre and television.
Action-Fest Film Festival awarded him
Best Actor for
his role in "Clown's Lament" which he also
wrote.
He has appeared in a number of Feature Films
including the leading roles of "Jake
Truman" in Monkeyshine (2008) shot in
Northamptonshire and The Channel Islands (UK), "Danny Jenkins" in
Souvenir (2005), shot in three locations at Byron Bay, Sydney and Thailand, and as "Alistair" in Virtuous.
Scully played a supporting role as the enigmatic "Craig Steadman" in the thriller I Know How Many Runs You Scored Last Summer,
and also appears in Gabriel and Evolver, as well as the television production The Alice.
Scully attended the 2006 Cannes Film Festival to
promote Souvenir, which screened in Marche du Films.
Scully's theatre credits include "Tom Dillion" in Last of the Knucklemen, where he played opposite Ian Roberts (Superman Returns / Dancing with the Stars), as well as roles as "Geoff Hayward" in The Club, "Lewis Riley" in Cosi
at Riverside Theatres, Algernon Moncrieff in The Importance of Being Earnest, and an acclaimed performance as John Proctor in The Crucible. Scully
played the lead role of "Simon" in Sleepless Night, a short play selected for the finals of 2007 Short & Sweet Festival. This continues on from his success in 2006 with
Scully's performance in The Stalker
taking first place in a wildcard heat.
